What is the Tripotel.com
Cancellation Policy?
Any cancellation or change to an existing confirmed
reservation must be requested up to 48 hours (EST) prior to your check-in date
to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax charge.
Confirmed reservations changed or canceled up to 48 hours prior to the check-in
date will be subject to a $25.00* cancellation fee. Changes requiring a shorter
length of stay and requested up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date will
also be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee and possible rate changes (changes
may result in higher rates as rebates or special rates will no longer be
applicable).
*The minimum cancellation fee is $25.00. The cancellation fee may be higher for
some individual hotels.
Reservations canceled within the 48-hour period prior to check-in date will be
subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee and one night's room and tax charge.
Can I change or cancel my
confirmed hotel accommodation(s)?
Once you have made a reservation with our service you
are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.
Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Who do I contact to cancel my
reservation?
Customers must contact Tripotel.com directly for any
changes or cancellations to existing confirmed reservations. Please note that
reservations canceled or changed directly with the hotel will be subject to a
penalty of one night's room and tax charge.
What if I call to cancel the
reservation directly with the hotel and the hotel issues a cancellation number?
Customers who canceled the reservation directly with
the hotel will be charged a penalty fee of one night room and tax charge, NO

What happens if I do not show up at
the hotel and did not request a cancellation?
There will be no refund for customers who have confirmed
reservations but did not request the cancellation according to the above
guidelines.
Will I be penalized for checking
out earlier than my confirmed check-out date?
There will be no refund for early check-outs. Early
check-outs are considered as cancellations or changes within the cancellation
period and are NOT REFUNDABLE
Is the Cancellation fee and
applicable charges explained in my Itinerary?
The cancellation fees and/or applicable charges for
your reservation are explained on your Confirmation Details Page, which can be
viewed online. An explanation of the fees will also be outlined in your
confirmation email (Itinerary).

We want to make sure that our customers understand the terms and conditions of their booking, and our cancellation policy. If for any reason you do not understand any part of the terms and conditions, please contact Tripotel.com us via e-mail res@Tripotel.com prior to placing your order. Please note that once an order has been submitted it is bound by terms and conditions of the booking and cancellation the policy of Tripotel.com.

When does my cancellation take
effect?
The change or cancellation will only take place at the
time Tripotel.com receives your email, NOT when you send it.In addition,
Tripotel.com will not be responsible for emails sent to the wrong address,
messages that are sent but delayed due to Internet traffic, or not received by
Tripotel.com for any reason.
Please make it your responsibility to ensure that any change or cancellation
request is received in a timely manner.

current. However, we do not make warranties of any kind that the rates and
hotels listed will be available at the time you make your reservation.
