Make a reservation From the search results page, select the hotel and room type and click the “Book Now” or “Request” button.
What is the difference between “Book Now” and “Request”? When the hotel and room type has a “Book Now” indicator it means that we have a contracted allotment or block of rooms at that particular hotel and that your reservation will be confirmed. You will receive a confirmation once your credit card for the accommodation has been processed and approved. When the hotel and room type has a “Request” indicator it means that we will contact the hotel on your behalf to get the reservation confirmed.We cannot immediately guarantee that the reservation will be confirmed, but the possibility is about 75% positive.
What room type is right for my party and me? The number of guests that a particular hotel room can accommodate varies for each individual hotel.We have indicated on each room type how many people can be accommodated in that room.Please be careful to book a room that is right for you and your party.If you book a room for 2 persons and show up with 4, please note that the hotel will not accommodate persons other than those specifically assigned to that room type.
Who should I include when I book my room? Please be sure to include all members in your party – number of adults, children, including infants, so that the hotel can accommodate your needs accordingly.Please note that children over 18 years old will be considered as adults and you will have to select a room type based on the number of adults.
Can I request a different bed type that what is listed? The number of beds listed does not include rollaway beds, cribs or any other extra bedding requirements.Please note the maximum number of people each room can accommodate as well as the age at which children will be charged the adult rate.Special requests such as rollaways, cribs or other extras may be subject to additional charges.Any request entered in this field will be on request only and is not guaranteed.
I have submitted my reservation form and credit card information.What happens now? Once you submit your reservation form and credit card information, your accommodation request will be processed as quickly as possible.Please be advised that delays may occur due to an individual hotel’s processing requirements.If the hotel you select is available for the dates you specified, your reservation will be confirmed and your credit card will be charged.If you wish to cancel your reservation once the reservation has been confirmed, you will incur a cancellation fee – see cancellation policy.If the hotel is not available for the dates you selected, we will be notified and provided with a suitable alternative.
How long will it take for my booking to be confirmed? You will be notified within 24 hours for hotels in the and up to 2 days forhotels in Europe Disclaimer:While we do our best to process your accommodation request within the specified timeframe, occasionally we are unable to finalize the confirmation because of delays due to public holidays and time zone differences.
What is the Confirmation document? The Confirmation document is confirmation that your room has been reserved, and that we have processed the payment for your accommodation at the particular hotel.  The confirmation document, which will be sent to you by email, fax or mail, will contain a confirmation number that has been provided to us by the hotel and will include the details of your accommodation such as your name, check-in and check-out dates, room type, number of guests, etc.
Will I need to present the Confirmation document upon check-in at the hotel? This document is proof that you have a pre-paid reservation for accommodation at the hotel and you will required to present it upon check-in. The hotel may not allow you to check in without it
I received my confirmation from you, but when I called the hotel directly to check on my reservation the hotel informed me that there was no room reserved in my name.What do I do? Although the hotel sends us confirmation for your room request and provides us with the confirmation number, it sometimes takes the hotel’s reservations department some time to update their records.  There is no need to be concerned about this as the hotel has guaranteed your room and provided the confirmation number.  The hotel will have your reservation information in their system prior to your check-in date.
How do I request and early check-in or a late check-out?  Will there be additional costs involved? Should you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please advise us of your plans as soon as possible.  We will inform the hotel of your request and they will try to accommodate your needs to the extent possible. 
Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability of the room and cannot be confirmed until the day of check-in or check-out.
Please note that any change in an existing reservation will be subject to a $25.00 change fee.  You may also be required to pay an additional half-day or full-day room charge.
